We are constantly being bombarded by information via the media regarding what we should or should not eat, drink or how to exercise etc. My ethos is that everyone is individual. My years of experience have given me insight into stress related issues which can lead to weight gain or loss, irritable bowel syndrome, smoking and many more. These all have huge impacts on our lifestyle and sense of wellbeing. I can help you to detangle this and work towards a healthier, fitter and stronger you. Sessions are usually 60 minutes long.
